Todays men and women long more than ever for truth, justice, and meaning--and whether they realize it or not, they are longing for God. The Daughters of St. Paul transform the message of the Gospel into color, sound and image, in order to offer the world the truth that sets it free and the love that makes it whole. As consecrated women, as evangelizers, video and audio technicians, writers, musicians, media animators, artists, designers, printers, and radio broadcasters, they announce Gods word in the most effective ways possible. Under the title of Pauline Books and Media, the apostolic mission of the Daughters of St. Paul in North American includes a publishing house, Pauline Video, the Audio and Music division (Pauline Records), Electronic Publishing Division (internet and software), the Hispanic division (Paulinas Distribuidora), My Friend children's magazine, 20 Pauline Book & Media Locations for outreach and diffusion throughout North America, and the Pauline Center for Media Studies. The Daughters of St. Paul are an international congregation,
founded in Alba, Italy in 1915, by Father James Alberione, SSP, STD in
collaboration with Mother Thecla Merlo, FSP. Presently there are 2,600
Daughters of St. Paul in 63 nations--all dedicated to carrying Christ
to their brothers and sisters through use of the media.
