Introducing Our New Postulants
Left to right-Alina, Emily and Julia |
Three young women entered our Postulancy program in St. Louis on August 22, the feast of the Queenship of Mary. Welcome to Julia Strukely from northern Virginia, Alina Suarez from Florida, and Emily Marsh from New York.
Please pray for each of the women, their families, and for our community in St. Louis as they welcome our new postulants.
Our three other postulants – Kelly, Neville and Julie- just entered our Novitiate in Boston. There they join Sr. Karen Marie, our novice director, and our other novices, Emi, Ana Maria and Lynette.
First Profession of Vows

Left to right- Sr. Maria Kim-Ngân, Sr. Jamie Paula, Sr. Karen Theresa |
On Saturday, June 30 th, the feast of St. Paul the Apostle, three of our novices professed their first vows as Daughters of St. Paul – Sr. Maria Kim-Ngân Bui, Sr. Jamie Paula Martos, Sr. Karen Theresa Eng. It was truly a beautiful ceremony! All of us Sisters find it a special time to renew our vows, too.
Sr. Maria Kim-Ngân, originally from Arizona, is now assigned to our community in Philadelphia. Sr Jamie Paula, who entered from California, is now serving in Alexandria, Virginia. Sr. Karen Theresa entered our community in Singapore, and did her Postulancy and Novitiate studies with us in the USA. She has now returned to serve the people of Singapore.
Please keep our newly professed Sisters in your prayers, as they embrace Pauline consecrated life, and carry out our media mission around the world!
