Family Traditions

Ask what parents and grandparents or other people older than you did for Thanksgiving when they were young.

When you sit down for Thanksgiving dinner, remember to pray for the members of the family both living and deceased.

Native Americans

If possible, use a phone book or other directory and locate a Native American who would be able to speak to the children. If not read about their traditions, food, dances, songs, food, transportation and special things. What are their problems today?
